May 3, 2017

Mayor Brian Arrigo and Revere Parks and Recreation invite Revere High School students to join in an open gym session on Friday, May 26, from 6:30-9:30 PM. Drop in to play basketball, soccer, dodgeball, and other games. The games played will be dictated by attendance and the choice of the participants present.

Friday, May 26th, 6:30 – 9:30

West Revere School Complex Gymnasium, 107 Newhall St.

(Revere residents only)

Open gym is free for all. However, students can only gain entry by complying with the following:

  • Students must show a school identification badge. If they do not have a school identification badge they must be accompanied by a parent and have the parent sign them in
  • Students must provide an emergency phone number
  • Students must have no food or gum in their possession

This free open gym night is a pilot program, with a plan of instituting regular, free open gym sessions for middle and high school students this fall. The previously announced Middle School open gym night is Friday, May 19 from 6:30-9:30, also at the West Revere School Complex Gymnasium.

Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department office at 781-286-8190 with any questions.
