Revere Food Trucks
The City of Revere allows food trucks to operate within specific areas of the city. Food trucks are also allowed to operate within the city during special events, as long as they receive appropriate approvals.
Food Truck Locations
Food trucks are allowed to operate throughout the year within the city, and at four locations on Revere Beach during the summer season with appropriate permits from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR).
The four summer locations are on a paved pathway accessed on Ocean Avenue between Beach Street and Chester Avenue. Operating hours are 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Food trucks operating at this location are subject to DCR rules and regulations.
Operating a food truck anywhere in the city without the authorization of the Revere License Commission is strictly prohibited.

Special Events
A one-time, limited, or temporary occurrence or activity that occurs in a specified place on a particular date(s) and during a fixed interval of time.
Process
- Special event organizer or sponsor applies for permit and appears before the commission and states the request for a food truck(s) at said event
- Identify food truck(s) to participate in said event present evident that the food truck(s) is properly licensed by the commission or licensed to operate in another city or town.
- The fee for a special event license is $100, plus $50 for each participating food truck.
