The Mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide the best possible services to employees, retirees and residents of Revere. What is the role of the Human Resources Department? The role of the Human Resources Department is to provide the best possible services to employees, retirees and residents of Revere. We oversee and uphold Human Resource management practices in order to improve the lives of City employees and retirees. Additionally, we help employees navigate the Benefits world; we are mainly responsible for the oversight of health, dental and life insurance for City of Revere employees and retirees.

New Hire Information
Congratulations and welcome to the City of Revere! We are excited to have you join us and have prepared an orientation session to help get you acclimated to your benefits as a City employee. There are also a number of legal and tax forms that we will need you to complete. Our office is located on the lower level of City Hall inside the Water Department. In preparation for your orientation please bring the following documents:
- Your signed offer letter if you have not already returned it.
- A voided check or other documentation that contains the routing number and account number for your bank so that you can complete a direct deposit form.
- A US passport OR a valid driver’s license AND a social security card or birth certificate
