Report a Water Outage or Non-Emergency Issue
For any emergency event immediately dial 9-1-1.
For any non-emergency water event, dial 3-1-1 (781-286-8311) or put in a request at revere.org/311. During off-hours, for urgent matters, you will be able to follow the prompts to reach the overnight and weekend answering service.
2023 Senior Discount
The 2023 Senior Discount Application is live from February 1 - September 1, 2023.
- **NEW** - If you applied for the fiscal year 2023 41C Elderly Tax Exemption and are eligible for the water & sewer senior discount based on the above requirements, you will automatically be enrolled for the 2023 Senior Discount. If this applies to you, you will also receive a confirmation letter from the Water/Sewer Business Office for your records.
- Age 65 as of July 1st of the fiscal year
- Own and occupy property (verify additional requirements at Revere.org)
- Applicant income cannot exceed $62,000
- Filing Deadline April 3, 2023

Temporary Water Shut-off
Temporary water shut-offs can be arranged by calling 3-1-1 (781-287-8311). Any request made after 3 pm will incur a $100 fee for same-day service.
MWRA - Temporary Fluoride Shutdown
As part of a project to replace portions of the fluoride feed piping and equipment at the Carroll Water Treatment Plant serving Metro West and Metro Boston communities, MWRA will need to shut down the fluoride feed for a few months starting in late February.

Pay My Water Bill
The City of Revere encourages you to pay your Water and Sewer bill online for ease and efficiency. You can also pay your bill in person in the Collector's Office on the first floor of Revere City Hill, 281 Broadway, or over the phone by calling 781-286-8120.

Street Opening Permits will only be granted to Drain Layer licensed by the Chief of Infrastructure.
