Language Access Plan (LAP)
Our city is dedicated to ensuring that all residents, regardless of their primary language, have equal access to city services, information, and resources.
This Language Access Plan (LAP) outlines our commitment to breaking down language barriers and promoting inclusivity and effective communication.
Through this plan, we detail our strategies and initiatives to provide language assistance services, such as translation and interpretation, for individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP). Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can fully participate in and benefit from the opportunities our city offers.
