Community Action Resources and Education to Sustain a Healthier Community
The Quality of Life survey is part of the community-wide assessment of health concerns in Revere underway by Mass General Hospital and Revere CARES.
The MGH Center for Community Health Improvement and Revere CARES is partnering with the City and local organizations to determine the most important health issues affecting residents and to develop a plan to address them. The survey is available in English and in Spanish at the links below.
