About Us
The Budget Department prepares, develops and provides oversight of the Annual City Budget.
The Budget Department responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and amendment budgets in the financial management system, monthly monitoring of actual revenues, expenditures and encumbrances against their approved budget, verification of funds for Council Orders and procurements, modifications to purchase orders, short & long-range financial forecasts and ensures that all approved municipal appropriations are reflected in the financial management system.
