- The deadline for the payment of real estate taxes has been extended through Monday, August 4th. No late charges or penalties will be added.
- National Grid has reported that of the 2,800 residences/businesses without power, all but approximately 100 have been restored. They are continuing to work throughout the day to resolve this issue. Verizon is working to repair/install poles that have been damaged as well.

- A public meeting will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, July 30th at 6:00 P.M. at the American Legion Hall, 249 Broadway, Revere to inform business owners and residents of the insurance claim process. We are currently working with the Massachusetts Insurance Commissioner to have insurance representatives from various companies available as well as FEMA. We will also have counselors on hand that specialize in disasters for anyone who wishes to seek counseling.
