Route 1A Resurfacing

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will be resurfacing Route 1A in Revere from Wonderland Circle to north of Oak Island St. this coming construction season. A map showing the proposed resurfacing limits is here. Generally this work will only entail milling the existing surface and resurfacing the roadway curb to curb with an hot mix asphalt surface along with isolated sidewalk and/or drainage repairs as necessary. No utility relocation's are anticipated. The resurfacing is planned to begin starting Sunday April 25th with evening hours.
