Join Mayor Arrigo and the Massachusetts Housing Partnership for an Affordable Housing Trust Fund 101

REVERE – Join Mayor Brian Arrigo, Director of Planning and Development Tech Leng, and the Massachusetts Housing Partnership for an informational webinar this Thursday, May 6th, at 6:30pm regarding the establishment of an Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Participants will learn more about how an Affordable Housing Trust Fund can help promote and maintain affordable housing in the City of Revere. No level of experience with housing policy will be necessary, and participants will be able to ask the panelists questions. Participants will also have the opportunity to fill out a survey and express interest in contributing to the working group that will shape and guide the establishment of the trust fund. The webinar will be translated live in Spanish.
“My administration is exploring a variety of strategies and municipal best practices to promote affordable housing in our city. About 50% of our residents are in need of more affordable housing options, but currently only 10% of those are residents are in any sort of affordable unit. I am excited to engage with community members throughout this process and look forward to seeing a large turnout at the 101 session.”
