The Revere Retirement Board has moved its offices to 14 Yeamans St., Unit C2, Revere.
The annual Verification Form has been sent to all retirees and beneficiaries. Forms must be notarized and returned to the Retirement Office by October 21, 2021. Failure to return the form will result in an interruption of your retirement benefit. If you wish to have the form notarized in the Retirement Office, you must personally meet with the Notary and present an ID, which will be copied. Non-notarized forms cannot be mailed or dropped off in the Retirement Office. Please call to confirm the availability of the Notary.
