Nor'easter expected to hit Revere with high winds and chance of flooding between noon and 8PM Thursday. Winthrop Parkway flood gates will be closed at 1PM on Thursday and will reopen on Friday, May 23, at 5AM. Residents are are advised to prepare accordingly, especially those who reside in low lying neighborhoods.Weather Preparedness
