Revere CARES Coalition Meeting

You are invited to the October coalition meeting, the focus this month will be the Regional Community Health Needs Assessment.
The Regional Community Health Needs Assessment was a community-wide regional effort.

After the conclusion of the assessment, the group prioritized the results into 3 main topics:

1. Housing, economic stability and mobility which includes the Food Economy
2. Mental health with focus on youth
3. Substance abuse

The groups then split into work groups and invited new members; and the 3 work groups have been meeting to determine goals, objectives and strategies that will eventually come together into a Community Health Implementation Plan. Future DON funding will support strategies and initiatives documented in this process. At this meeting you will hear from each of the 3 work groups.
