Certificates of Merit will be awarded to the Special Operations Unit for their direct involvement in the capture of suspect #2 in the Boston Marathon bombing.

Certificates of Merit will awarded to Officer Mike Mullen, Capt. David Rossetti, Firefighter Chris Mirasolo, Firefighter Michael O'Hara, and Call Taker Lauren O'Hara for saving the life of a teen who was attacked by a guard dog.
