Ward 5 Community Crime Watch Meeting

COMMUNITY CRIME WATCH MEETING

With the support of his Neighborhood Advisory Council, the City Council, Police Department, and other community groups, Mayor Rizzo has launched an aggressive outreach campaign to help bolster Crime Watch Groups across the City.

A Community Crime Watch Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 21st at 7:00 pm at Jack Satter House dining room. This meeting is mainly for residents of Ward 5, but all are welcome. Officials from the Revere Police Department will be teaching best practices for Crime Watch formation, which are; build organizations across the city, with planning committees, coordinators, and block captains; communicate using email, phone trees, meetings, special outreach, and partnering with other community groups; identifying different tasks that people can take on.
