Get Your Business Online City Challenge Award Announcement
WHAT: The US Conference of Mayors selected three cities, and their mayors, as winners of Google’s Get Your Business Online City (GYBO) Challenge. Mayor Rizzo, and the Revere Get Your Business Online Team, won the small city category for leading a number of initiatives to help many small businesses in Revere get online.
WHEN: On Wednesday, July 16 at 2:00pm federal, state and local officials, together with community leaders will gather to discuss the benefits of Google’s Get Your Business Online program and free website. Over the next 3 years, businesses that make use of the web expect to grow 40% faster than those that don’t.
