Affordable Housing Trust Fund

Revere's Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Board of Trustees was established in July 2021 following a unanimous vote of the Revere City Council. The AHTF is administered by the trustees to provide for the creation and preservation of affordable housing within the City of Revere for the benefit of low- and moderate-income households.

About the Board of Trustees

The AHTF Board of Trustees works in conjunction with the Mayor's Office and other city departments and boards, particularly with the Office of Planning and Community Development. The Board operates under Chapter 2.90 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Revere and Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44 Section 55C.

Meet the Board of Trustees

  • Joseph Gravellese, Chair
  • Claire Inzerillo, Vice Chair
    • Claire has called Revere home for ten years, where she works for the City drafting policy and explores Revere Beach with her dog Figo. After graduating from Hamilton College, she worked in a variety roles between the public and non-profit sectors. As a market-rate renter, she has lived experience navigating the housing market and hopes that Revere can continue to provide affordable housing for those who need it.

  • Dean Harris
    • Dean is the Executive Director of the Revere Housing Authority. He was the Owner and Broker of Harris & Kroon Realty Associates and Vice President of JDL Development LLC. His knowledge of public housing programs goes beyond his time at the RHA as he was Procurement Specialist for all MA Public Housing at the EOHLC. He is an active member of the community, coaching youth sports for over fifteen years. As a member of the Revere AHTF, he hopes to combine his knowledge of both public and private housing with his love of community, and aid those in our community who are most in need.
  • Laila Pietri
    • Laila is native from Colombia and has worked for eighteen years at the RMV and was awarded the MassDOT Outstanding Performance Award in 2021. She is also a community activist as a member of the Housing Equity Community, the Revere Community Committee, and she participated in the TND Board Leadership Boot Camp. She considers it a privilege to work to achieve the City of Revere's housing goals.
  • Lori Manzo
    • Lori graduated from Revere High School in 2000 and is the co-owner of Wolf Security and Concierge LLC, and Wolfpack Self Defense here in Revere. She is also the President of the Revere City-wide Tenant Council and worked alongside some amazing people on the Affordable Housing Bond Bill filed by Governor Healey. Making sure everyone has access to safe, stable, and affordable homes is so very important to her. 
  • Matthew Wolfer
    • Matthew graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in finance and economics in 2017. Since then, he has accrued seven years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets, with a focus on residential development across the country. Matthew is an active member of the community, serving at First Congregational Church's weekly food pantry, and is currently completing a Commercial Real Estate Investment graduate program at Harvard University.

Meetings

The AHTF Board of Trustees typically meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm in the City Council Chambers at Revere City Hall (281 Broadway, Revere MA 02151). Notice of meetings are posted on the City website and are available upon request from the City Clerk's Office.
