Development Context
The 3 mile sandy crescent of Revere Beach Reservation has been benefited from Multi-million dollars of public and private investment in recent years including:

• $5 million historic restoration of pavilions, bandstand and lighting
• $6 million beach re-nourishment, re-sanding and widening project
• $450 million upgrade of the MBTA Blue Line, including the reconstruction of Revere Beach and Wonderland Stations
• development of 80,000 square feet of office space
• development of over 1,100 mid/high rise 1,100 residential units
