Street Opening Permit						$200
	Issued to drain layers, licensed in the City of Revere, for the purpose of installing or repairing water and/or sewer lines.



Curb Cut Permit						$25
	Issued to contractors installing driveways. An application must be filed with the Department of Public Works. An inspection is made of the property to confirm compliance with city ordinance. Upon approval of application contractor is granted permit. Granite curb butts must be installed on both sides of driveway.






Dumpster Permit
	On residents property					$50
	On the street					$50 plus $10 per day

Appliance disposal permit						$20 per item
	Purchase permit at Department of Public Works or at Board of Health. Appliances are picked up every other week on Friday.					$12 per item for seniors



Water Shut Off
	Residential between 7AM and 3 PM					No Charge
	Residential after 3 PM and Before 7 AM					$75
	Commercial (all times)					$100
