Rossetti-Cowan Senior Center Open House Coming Up on Thursday, April 27

Mayor Brian Arrigo invites all residents to an Open House at the Rossetti-Cowan Senior Center on Thursday, April 27, from 12:30 PM-3:30 PM. The Open House is an effort to make more Revere seniors aware of the high-quality programming available at the Senior Center each day.
All seniors, as well as their family, friends, and neighbors, are encouraged to visit the Senior Center, located at 25 Winthrop Ave. The Open House event will feature musical entertainment by DJ Steve “The Dude” Capano.
The Open House is a great opportunity to meet Senior Center staff and discuss the programming available each day - including meals, activities, health programming and more. Residents can also learn about the city’s low-cost senior shuttle program.
Revere’s Office of Elder Affairs continues to work to reshape, reinvigorate, and reevaluate its offerings for seniors. Revere has a senior population of over 10,000 - and that number continues to grow. The Senior Center serves approximately 20% of that population currently, but is always looking to get more residents involved.
