The City of Revere needs your help!!

 

As part of the City's and State's ongoing mandate for a comprehensive emergency plan, the Board of Health is currently looking for volunteer citizens to aid in the event that mass distribution of medications or immunizations is needed within the city. The plan would require that medications be given to the entire population of Revere within, potentially, 72 hours. This is a significant challenge, but one that can be realistically met with your help.

 

Volunteers will be kept confidential and will have the opportunity to be first to receive medications, as needed, for themselves and their families. Volunteers would be contacted for confirmation, possible drills, and, of course, in the event of an actual emergency.

 

We need at least 300 volunteers. Healthcare professionals would be appreciated, as well.
