Mission:

Consumer Affairs work in cooperation with the Office of the Attorney General in Massachusetts. We also mediate complaints that consumers may have against business. We handle complaints from residents of Chelsea, Lynn, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Nahant, Revere, Salem, Saugus, Swampscott and Winthrop.
